In the
book “Fast Food Nation” Eric Schlosser take a close look to the fast food
industrial’s desire and real motive back of the business. The founder’s
intention work to attract an innocent group of people to become success in their
industrial world. These selfish group use some tactics for poisoning kid’s life
through the fast food nation which developed a unhealthy environment around the
whole world. Their crucial consumer scheme approaches to target the food nation
with a powerful image that give them only huge profit.
With this view Carl generated a business to
established his success that Involved teenagers as a big part of customer and
worker during the car culture. He was working to grow his business faster so he
hired young worker to give speedy services. Once he was tired to fulfill his
teenager customer’s desire he changes his strategy. He open a business where
teenager will work to catch teen women customer who will bring their boyfriends.
Also these two McDonalds brother give cheap prices food including verity kind
of toy’s that attract kids and parents can effort so they can become success
their business. Their strategy inspire other people to inter the franchise
world so those people come with new kind of fast food name Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, KFC, and many
other.
When
Kroc Ray and Walt Disney inter in these franchise world they use their
legendary talk that your trusted friend, actually it is an atom bomb. For their
success they target mainly kid’s innocent mind. Their psychological mind worked
for brainwashing tactics to fuel kid’s psychology and impress them with
advertising and toys. They knows that if kids cry parents should come to make
them happy that will bring two more customer for their business. The industrial
explosion driven the kids “cradle to grave”. It does not escape even 2 to 3
years old kids. They win in their motive to spread their business interstate to
go on top.
In third story behind the counter Eric
Schlosser open a mysterious chapter of fast food founders. Here also we can see
their greediness found a new deal after California and Los Angeles they attract
Colorado also there teenagers. Teenagers cannot take a right decision and in
this age everything looks colorful to their eyes. They need money to fulfil
their wishes so, in this situation if they got a job they think it is a big
thing for them and the business founder use that psychology for their profit. At
the when they knows that their being cheated they commit crime at a time but
the business pioneers fire them when they try to joint with union. Sometimes
teenagers drop school and lie to their family what can ruin their life.
In conclusion, Eric Schlosser showing the
experience of marketing founders that it is a two edges sword what we cannot
see with our open eyes. We think it is easy to buy ready food for our kids they
are happy, also we are happy but the food making our kids over weight that
cause diabetic in early age same as our teenagers being part of crime victim.
